We established two contracts with STRADA Group. One, to purchase about 1⁄2 of the products we needed to liquidate. The second, was to turn the remainder of our inventory over to them on a consignment basis. Once our agreements were signed, our only responsibility was to palletize our products using their guidelines and load them on trucks provided by them. 800+ pallets and 40 trailers later our job was done. Their coordination of the entire project was nearly perfect. They even called and ask for our invoice for the sold items so they could pay us. We invoiced on Tuesday and they wired funds on Wednesday. Impressive.
